Er1: A used test strip removed and reinserted.
→ Remove the test strip and replace it if damaged or reused.

Er2: Blood or control solution was applied to the test strip before the blood insertion symbol appeared on the display.
→ Discard the test strip and repeat the test

Er3: The temperature during the test was above or below the operating range.
→ Move to an area with the appropriate condition and repeat the test after 30 mins. Do not heat or cool the meter manually. (Refer to the manual for more details of temperature condition.)

Er4: Not enough blood or control solution was drawn into the test strip for measurement or was applied after the test had started.
→ Discard the test strip and repeat the test.

Er5: Non compatible test strip may be inserted or not fully inserted in a right direction.
→ Be sure to use only a compatible test strip with the meter.

Er6: Er 6 is displayed when hardware abnormalities are detected.
→ If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service Center at csteam@i-sens.com.

Er7:
1. CareSens N NFC: This error is displayed when there are defects with NFC function.
→ If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service Center at csteam@i-sens.com.
2. CareSens N Voice: When abnormal current is defected during self-check. In case foreign liquid inflow or humidity inside the meter.
→ If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service Center at csteam@i-sens.com.

Er8:
1. Er8 is displayed when the measurememt is not performed normally.
→ Test again with a new strip.
2. Caresens N Voice: Error of CPU checksum or MCU Flash Memory.
→ If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service at csteam@i-sens.com.

Er9(CareSens N Voice): Error of voice function.
→ If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service Center at csteam@i-sens.com.
