SmartLog App

1. Check NFC or BLE compatiblity of the meter. If the meter is not a NFC or BLE meter, it may be compatible with OTG cable.
2. Check NFC(not compatible with iPhones) or Bluetooth compatibility of the smartphone.
3. Check the version of the installed SmartLog app. (SmartLog may need to be updated.)
4. Check the OS version of the smartphone. (OS may need to be updated.)

1. Check if the period of the data in SmartLog is selected correctly.
2. Check if the year, date and time settings in the meter is in sync with the setting in SmartLog App.

1. Glucose data downloaded from the meter cannot be deleted. Instead, input glucose data can be excluded from the graph and average(select data – “Additional Information” -“Exclude from the blood glucose stats or graphs”).
2. Manually input glucose data can be deleted in “Report” menu. Click the “Logbook” then select the data you want to delete. When you select the data, the “delete” icon is shown on the right-top of the screen.
